Autumn is finally here and the weather is changing out here in Northern California.

That means we need to take extra precaution in wet weather.

As you may or may not know, California drivers don't know how to drive in the rain so traffic literally comes to a halt if someone has a flat tire or the CHP has pulled someone over the side.
